Heinola, FI collaborates with Lahti and Porvoo on case management automation pilot

The three councils received a digitization grant from the Finnish Ministry of Finance for the pilot. Each council implemented Innofactor's Dynasty 10 software throughout its case management processes. This software can be used to automate basic tasks that free staff time for more complex projects.
