The San Mateo County Health Department created a COVID-19 Public Call Center to keep residents informed during the national pandemic. Residents just need to call 211 and the phone lines will be kept open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This public health service is available to English and non-English speakers. Residents can also text the word "coronavirus" to 211211 for information and updates.
