Trenton, NJ assists homeless youth with the "What I Need" (WIN) app

The WIN app allows the homeless youth community to access 12 types of services including education, legal assistance, food, and shelter. Users can filter services by age and location. City agencies provide print versions of the app's resources available for those without phones.
