Small business owners type "hello" in the Ask Morty box on any council webpage to get started. Ask Morty asks questions about the respondent's present or future target markets including age, income, and homeownership rates. The bot recommends the three suburbs with the highest concentrations of target consumers in 2026, 2031, and 2036.
