The council is working with Business Improvement Point and Cosmic to provide free personalized assistance to local businesses. Online courses help business owners heighten their social media profiles and leverage e-commerce platforms. Adapt and Thrive connects participants to business advisors capable of assisting startups, established shops, and large corporations. East Devon District Council uses its social media presence to the program and its participants.
