The city approved four mobility providers - Bird, Helbiz, Spin, and Veoride - for a four-stage rollout. Each provider was allowed up to 500 shareable scooters or bikes during the initial stage. City officials reviewed daily traffic and public health data to determine fleet expansions in subsequent stages. All four providers charge $1 to unlock their vehicles with per-mile prices ranging from $0.25 to $0.39.
