Erfurt, TH responds to increase in city center shop vacancies with ZwischenZeitRaum property portal

Erfurt's Office for Economic Development created the portal to boost small businesses while showing in-use shops to prospective tenants. ZwischenZeitRaum - or Between Time Space - allows free listings of vacant properties for short-term uses. Pop-up shops, local retailers, and arts organizations can search for available spaces by district, size, price, and types of use. The portal is part of the KIP real estate portal alongside residential and commercial real estate resources.

Public transport operators of Erfurt & Mittelthüringen address remote work with weekly fare capping

The public transport agencies of Erfurt (EVAG) and Mittelthüringen (VMT) faced costly vending machines and inflexible fares.
