Richmond, CA and Contra Costa County test the impacts of GoEzy app on commuter experiences
GoEzy uses location data and surveys to recommend the best transportation options for each user. Richmond's Transportation Department uses the mobile app for ridesharing matches among its employees. 511 Contra Costa incentivizes GoEzy use by the general public with a rewards program. Commuters earn credits redeemable for gift cards by following the app's recommendations. City and county officials will use app data when developing future transportation programs.
