Singapore, SG OneService Chatbot routes resident feedback and requests on messaging services
The Municipal Services Office developed an AI-enabled chatbot accessible by WhatsApp and Telegram. Residents message "Hi" to +65 9821 9004 on WhatsApp or @OneServiceSG Bot on Telegram and submit their requests. OneService Chatbot automatically categorizes the feedback or request type based on evaluations of user intent. Project leaders conducted a public beta with 450 users and created a chatbot avatar competition with the winner receiving S$600 in shopping vouchers.
