City officials began this pilot to prioritize and standardize emergency notifications to residents. Public employees responsible for creating messages place their drafts through an AI-enabled platform. This platform uses past notifications to order drafts in the queue based on timeliness and relevance. Aarhus staffers will assess their own drafts and align with the platform to speed up the creation of high-priority messages.
