Comfort Partnership Scheme | Angus Council

Carnoustie businesses have signed up for our new Comfort Partnership Scheme – which provides free alternative toilet provision for members of the public. The Station Hotel in Station Road and Happy Days Diner in Dundee Street are both providing facilities free of charge for passers-by who are in need of a comfort break. Under the scheme, we provide businesses with a modest annual grant payment to allow people to use their toilets with no expectation of payment.
