London Borough of Hounslow, GB Community Solutions Service
Borough officials and community partners view the program as a proactive rather than reactive approach to resident challenges. The Community Solutions team holds in-person consultations at locations throughout the borough as well as phone consultations. Residents ask for advice and seek referrals for services ranging from food to digital inclusion during these sessions. The Hounslow Connect platform provides a directory of services and volunteer opportunities.
