The Spokane County Redistricting Committee spent hundreds of hours and over $100,000 using the FLO Analytics Tableau contractor-provided map drawing application. However, during the final stages of this process the committee switched to the "Dave's Redistricting" app because it was free, easier to use, and offered additional analytics. Dave's Redistricting allowed the committee members to see the Republican and Democratic leanings of each hypothetical district based on past election results.
