Sunderland City Council, GB ConnexinOS Platform Data
The AI-enabled platform gathers council and third-party data in five service areas including anti-social behavior and taxation. Machine learning processes analyze raw data and share insights across departments for coordinated responses. ConnexinOS will improve how the council addresses issues ranging from vandalism to residents in need of social services. Sunderland and Connexin plan to expand platform use to additional departments during its three-year contract.
