Campbell River, BC NexStream Local Innovation Competition

Inventors and designers submit applications to solve public policy challenges including emergency preparedness and food security. Successful proposals demonstrate local applicability, detailed business plans, and functional proofs of concept. The city's economic development team works with Campbell River Area Angel Group to fund successful applicants. One or more winners in each category split up to $100,000 CAD after the demo day finale in June.
