Casey, VIC trains the next generation of public leaders with its Community Leadership Program

Casey, VIC Next Generation Community Leadership Program

Twenty-five participants aged 18 and older are selected to participate in this annual program. The city prioritizes applicants who represent local diversity and possess unique skills or experiences. Twice-weekly sessions explore topics like project planning, leadership theory, and public speaking. Program participants also learn how to work with the city council, community organizations, and other leaders during the four-month program.
