The City of Edinburgh Council, GB Jadu Central Gateway
Edinburgh identified the absence of secure Intranet connections for field workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Jadu Central Gateway allows users without city emails to file reports, learn about benefits, and communicate with other teams. This system uses a two-factor authentication process and does not require the creation of new email addresses. A small cohort of employees will test the portal as city departments recruit users ahead of its release.
