Participants selected from paid internship, certification, or high school equivalency diploma tracks. Boulder County used federal ARPA funds to recruit partners and pay $6,000 stipends.

The Boulder County Sheriff's Office installed Pano AI systems at Eldora Mountain, Lee Hill, and Thorodin Mountain. Each system gathers 360-degree footage from a 10-mile radius for AI analysis. Pano AI's platform uses panoramic views, satellite images, and past wildfire data for the early identification of wildfires. Automated alerts from Pano AI provide firefighters with the lead time necessary to suppress wildfires before they spread.

This initial challenge sought new ideas for reducing carbon emissions during the production, use, and reuse of concrete. Winning projects will receive catalytic grants for real-world applications of recycled concrete and low-emission manufacturing.

Ride Free Lafayette operates seven days a week from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
