Hobart's financial contribution to the project covers up to three half-hour appointments per participant. Health with Dignity is a low-cost method for building relationships between practitioners and patients who only seek care during emergencies.

A 2020 city audit of traffic cameras found a lack of central control along with inoperable devices. Milestone XProtect connects cameras and sensors from multiple manufacturers to the city's Safe City Hub. Local officers monitor real-time traffic trends and obstructions from 370 data streams throughout Hobart. XProtect also supports searches for footage based on time and location. This feature enables the efficient collection of evidence for police investigations.

City officials approved eight public art projects across two exhibitions in 2022. Physical projects like a digital clock backed by local imagery and a memorial from 2045 are placed in an experimental art precinct. Hobart, TAS deploys Stamp Me app for Passport to Hobart shopping rewards program
Passport to Hobart was first introduced in 2021 to support local restaurants and shops during the pandemic. The first 2,500 residents to download the app received AUD 10 digital vouchers for use at more than 40 businesses. Each purchase of at least AUD 20 generated a virtual stamp in the app. Three qualifying purchases entitled the user to an AUD 20 voucher. Local businesses participated for free and billed the council every two weeks for voucher reimbursement.

The dashboard displays a color-coded guide for users who want quick glances at occupancy levels. A tab for each parking lot shows the total number of spots, spots currently occupied, and time since the last update.
