Seinäjoki, FI joins five other councils in crowdsourcing bike maps with Crowdsorsa mobile app

Seinäjoki, Pirkanmaa, Vaasa, Lapua, Jämsä and Laukaa held mapping events open to all residents. Participants gathered digital fruits displayed in the Crowdsorsa app as they rode their bikes. The virtual symbols were placed throughout each community with the aim of mapping local cycling routes. Crowdsorsa gathered video footage of user journeys that translated into two euros per kilometer for participants and comprehensive footage of cycling infrastructure for the councils.
