Residents aged 16 or older can participate in this free program each year. Twelve weekly sessions teach project management and leadership skills to participants. Stonnington recruits local experts on sustainability and community engagement for guest presentations. Program leaders encourage collaboration among participants as they develop their ideas. Successful Environmental Champions projects include a group that rewilds public spaces and a library of kitchen appliances.
