The Municipality of Córdoba's Ministry of Planning, Modernization, and International Relations launched the Digital Private Works Platform to streamline the construction permit process. The innovative tool is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from any mobile device connected to the internet. The process is reduced to an online presentation of documents in the nature of a Sworn Declaration.

According to the data collected by the Ministry of Planning, Modernization and International Relations, in the first 60 days the platform received 1,031 requests for procedures. More than 50% of the procedures were entered outside of municipal office hours.
