The City of Ekurhuleni partnered with Ekurhuleni West College, the Small Enterprise Development Agency, the National Youth Development Agency, and the Royal HaskoningDHV engineering company to develop a Drone Start-up Accelerator Programme. This programme provides local start-ups with a 20-week incubation of drone training. The initial programme contains 14 eligible youth that will become qualified drone pilots and learn to develop drone solutions.
