Barcelona City Council launched the BCNMarket online store to compete with major commerce platforms. The BCNMarket allows local businesses to offer online products and services directly to consumers. Merchants can join for free or pay 8 euros monthly to access premium features such as online sales functionality, home delivery, and personalized technical support. The BCNMarket currently has more than 2,500 participating local establishments.
