Borough officials recruited groups like Citizens Advice and Tower Hamlets Homes to staff Residents' Hubs. Pilot locations at Idea Store Whitechapel and Mulberry Place provide single points of contact for complex challenges. Each Residents' Hub guides residents through available resources for housing, healthcare, employment, and social services. Tower Hamlets will model a permanent Residents' Hub at its new Town Hall on lessons learned during the pilot.
