Additional sessions identified altruists, inquirers, and opposers as the groups most concerned about the vaccine. The borough crafts localized messages to these groups using Next Door, Facebook, and Whatsapp. Waltham Forest uses these channels along with volunteer networks to amplify stories of once-reluctant vaccine recipients.
