Town officials coordinated with the Main Street District Business Improvement Area (BIA) to install Soofa benches with solar panels. Each bench uses solar power to charge phones and offers WiFi connectivity. Newmarket and the BIA analyze mobile data gathered from each bench on outdoor space use, pedestrian movement, and time spent per location.
