Participating landlords offer leases of at least one year with monthly rates priced at the Local Housing Allowance level. Signed leases result in one-time payments of up to £4,000 per unit based on the number of bedrooms. The incentive program brings empty apartments into use and creates a reliable housing pipeline for refugees arriving through the Home for Ukraine initiative.
