Barcelona, CT discount vouchers for local shopping

Barcelona City Council is partnering with various business organizations to offer residents 280,000 consumption bonuses in order to boost the local economy. The consumption bonuses are vouchers valued at €20 which residents can purchase for €10 and exchange for products and services at participating establishments. The vouchers come with a few restrictions: each bonus expires after 15 days, consumers are limited to three bonuses at a time, and only one bonus can be used with each purchase.
