The City of Aachen is developing more environmentally-friendly ways to deliver parcels by constructing micro-depots and utilizing cargo bikes. These more sustainable city logistics are being implemented as part of the city's "#AachenMooVe!" mobility initiative to reduce carbon emissions. The city's express and parcel service UPS is creating a micro-depot from which electric cargo bikes will be deployed for parcel deliveries to businesses and residents.
