Toulouse, OCC free guarded bicycle parking

The city of Toulouse partnered with the bicycle parking lot company Wheelskeep to provide cyclists with free guarded bicycle parking. The guarded parking lot contained 100 spaces for bicycles at the entrance to rue d'Alsace Lorraine. The parking lot was designed to encourage cycling in the city center, reduce improper bicycle parking, support local shopping, and facilitate street sharing with pedestrians. The city plans to renew the service at new locations and during special events.
