Enforcement Hubs in Ilford and Hainault are staffed by regional police and local enforcement officers. Each Hub encourages local residents to report incidents in person and get to know enforcement personnel. A Mobile Enforcement Hub was later created with a rotating schedule of stops throughout the council. The bus offers the same services as the fixed-location Hubs along with a vehicle wrap instructing residents on how to report crimes.
