The nine-month Agile Streets pilot provides selected EV owners with access to 30 street-level chargers. Drivers reserve chargers and indicate when they need fully charged batteries on the Connected Kerb app. Samsung chargers are programmed to evaluate local grid use and recharge plugged-in vehicles during off-peak times. This approach reduces charging costs by 40%. Residents without EVs can apply for discounted Onto vehicle subscriptions during the pilot.
