Buckinghamshire Council proactively identified 750 high-risk residents to stay ahead of their needs with daily calls. The council established a hotline early in the outbreak to manage resident requests for service. Volunteers and council personnel at eight local hubs fulfill requests for food, fuel, and medical assistance.
