Casey, VIC Shape Your City Engagement Campaign Plan

The city used virtual community meetings and targeted focus groups to generate ideas for the plan. An online survey asked Casey residents what public features they valued most and desired improvements by 2030. Shape Your City ambassadors were recruited to promote the campaign on social media and capture feedback from close contacts. Local officials designed its outreach efforts to capture diverse audiences despite the challenges of COVID-19.
