The council's Livewell initiative developed a Facebook Messenger bot called Will Power. Residents interested in breaking their smoking habits receive customized advice based on their questions. Will Power provided daily tips to assist residents who want to quit smoking. The bot also sent games, quizzes, and videos to distract from cigarette cravings. Participants accessed the bot through Livewell's website or a QR code on printed campaign materials.
