The initiative's goals include a 50% increase in nutritional food access and revenues from food waste conversion. The Circular Food Economy Lab fosters the creation of local businesses that turn inefficiencies into accessible food. Project partners analyze waste container trackers to identify hotspots for food waste. Residents of Guelph are encouraged to submit their responses to challenges on the Food Future Kitchen Table dashboard.
