The Municipality of Luján created the Digital Consumer Window a platform for filing consumer complaints with the Consumer Defense Office. These consumer complaints cover scams for online purchases, credit card fraud, unwanted subscriptions, etc. Any user that submits a complaint digitally will receive a confirmation receipt for their claim via email and a follow-up email for their hearing date and time once the complaint has been processed.
