Community members find upcoming meetings and submit comment forms or sign up to speak using virtual meeting software. Charleston expanded the platform's use across 18 city commissions and added customization based on meeting types. An Impact Dashboard tracks usage statistics like engagements by meeting type and monthly engagement back to April 2020.
