Richland County, SC stormwater educational geocaching
Richland County's Stormwater Management Division launched the "Drains Aren't Dumps" educational geocaching program to teach residents about the relationship between stormwater drains and water quality. Program participants hunt for local stormwater drains with a Geocaching mobile app, where they can find information cards and complete a Storm Drain Series Passport in exchange for a commemorative coin prize.
