Ronneby adopted the BerIT chatbot in November 2021 to answer IT questions from city employees. The bot was trained to answer the 100 questions most commonly asked by municipal departments. BerIT can answer questions from multiple users at the same time and keeps routine questions out of the queues of IT staffers. Ronneby previously adopted Robotic Process Automation software that expedites financial assistance applications and school substitute booking.
