Cawamo's analytics software is installed in cameras at city hall to determine its effectiveness before a citywide rollout. The software determines if staff and residents are following mask and social distancing requirements. This pilot does not use facial recognition technology and maintains the anonymity of city hall visitors. Additional features like fire detection, foot traffic counting, and parking enforcement will help Peachtree Corners improve community life.
