Aberdeen City Council's Community Planning Aberdeen (CPA) launched a special online simulator which calculates citizens values. Users are given 500 virtual points which they must allocate across improvement projects in five different categories. The distribution of these points indicate each user's priorities and this information helps the city develop its Local Outcome Improvement Plan.
