The Digital Accelerator Program was a virtual training initiative for small businesses entering the e-commerce world due to COVID-19. Entrepreneurs in the program received up to 15 hours of one-on-one assistance with digital operations and marketing. A Support Action Plan helped the mentor evaluate each participant during check-in calls. Participants left the Digital Accelerator Program with functional websites and tools for online sales success.

The Digital Accelerator Program (DAP) was an action of Maitland City Council’s COVID-19 Response and Recovery program.
