OUTSIDE VOICE is a three-stage engagement campaign to infuse park planning with public feedback. The Assessing stage featured open houses that attracted resident comments on existing park assets. A two-week online survey drew 550 responses with suggestions for new projects in the Imaging stage. Whistler will use the Designing stage to create mock-ups of proposed projects at seven parks for additional feedback.
