The Property Services team partners with Joju Charging on the Central Southern Regional Framework for Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure. This program secures third-party financing to reduce the upfront costs of charger purchases by local governments and universities. Participating public bodies receive ongoing assistance with feasibility studies, installation, and maintenance. Hampshire County Council will use the framework to add 1,000 public chargers by the end of 2021.

Project geslaagd
Hampshire County Council received the 2020 Electric Vehicle Innovation and Excellence (EVIE) Award for Public Sector Infrastructure Strategy of the Year. The framework led to 200 charge points installed at 60 public bodies by December 2020.
