Bridgend County Borough Council is implementing a new tool to help assess the viability of future developments. The Development Viability Model (DVM) assessment tool uses a comprehensive, user-friendly model to determine the financial viability of development proposals based on size. The Council made the decision after conducting a successful pilot of the DVM assessment tool with several site promoters and receiving positive feedback from the housing industry.
