The county partnered with SAS and SolasAI to form the MKE Equity team and participate in the 2022 SAS Hackathon program. During the program, the team used SAS Viya Suite artificial intelligence to analyze policy wording, foreclosure data, and any subsequent racial inequities. The county is still seeking an effective, long-term solution.
