The City of Unley partnered with OpenCities to launch its new website with a human-centered design approach. The city conducted workshops with frontline workers and focus groups with residents to inform the website's redesign. As a result of this community feedback, the new website improved the customer experience with intuitive topic-based content structures. This digital transformation allows users to quickly and easily find information, access services, and interact with the Council.
