The city of San Diego's Communications Department and Department of Information Technology Web Team collaborated on a redesign of the San Diego Police Department's website to make critical services easier for residents to find. The redesign of the SPDP website focused on trimming excess information and making the product more service-oriented for visitors. The services are housed under one tab and actionable items are prioritized over the supplemental information.
